حميدي, خالدخالدي2025-07-162025-07-162022https://dspace.univ-eloued.dz/handle/123456789/38706مذكرة ماستريندرج هذا البحث والمعنون بـ: "مخطوط تحلية الذهب في علم القضاء والأدب"، لأبي عمران موسى المازوني –تحقيق- ضمن موضوع تحقيق التراث العلمي، وتدور إشكالية هذا البحث حول: ما مدى صحة نسبة هذا المخطوط إلى أبي عمران المازوني، وما هي الإضافة التي يمكن أن يضيفها لمجال البحث العلمي؟ وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية وضعنا مبحثين: المبحث الأول؛ تناولنا فيه الجزء النظري من خلال الوقوف على عدة نقاط تخص المؤلف وعصره ونظرة عامة للمخطوط، أما المبحث الثاني فقد كان خصص للجزء التطبيقي وهو تحقيق المخطوط, وسبق المبحثان بمقدمة وتلتهما خاتمة حوت أبرز النتائج والتوصيات. This research, which is entitled: "Desalination of gold in jurisprudence and literature "For Abu Imran Musa Al Mazouni– Investigation- Within the topic of achieving scientific heritage, The thesis of this research revolves around: How true is the attribution of this manuscript to Abu Imran al-Mazuni, and What can it add to the field of scientific research?
