The results of the study showed that there is a relationship and effect of economic growth on poverty rates,However, this effect is very weak, not exceeding (0.003%),This situation is explained by the high inequality in income distribution in Algeria, which limits the ability of the poor to benefit from increased economic growth.Arpoverty, economic growth, standard modeling, income distribution.Article
