The antioxdant potenial was evaluted using ascorbic aid as refrenc. The skin whitenig efct wassed by measuring tyrosinase inhbiton ad compared to ascorbic aid. Anti-nflamatory activy was tesd using the albumin denaturation method, employing diclofenacs a refrenc. Finaly, the imunomdulatory efct was examined via phagocytosi asy and its activy , using zinc as the standar compound.Aditonaly, in silco studies wer conducted to further explore the anti-nflamatory and tyrosinase inhbitory mechanism athe molecularevl. The in vitro experimental results wer compared withn silco predictons uing Molecular Docking, such as AutoDck, wher the rsultshowed god agrement suporting thefectivens of the hydroethanolic extract as natural source of bioactive compounds. The tyrosinase inhbiton tes confirmed its potenialn skin- whitenig aplications by targeting melani production, and when compared with medical-grade tyrosinase inhbitors, it showed equivalent eficay. The study indcated tha thextract is benfical for the skin, making it suitable for the devlopment of natural cosmetic productshat promte skin regneration ad reduce rednes and signs of agin.enEchinopspinosimusSilymarinTyrosinaseAntioxdantAntibacterialAnti-nflamatoryMolecular DockingwhitenigExtract and imuno-txico-biolgical study of Echinopspinosimusmaster
