Variable capital investment companies are one of the collective employment entities provided for by the Algerian legislator, which is relied upon to operationalize and activate securities stock exchange, as it is an excellent model for mobilizing the public's savings and directing them to the stock exchange with regard to the specificity of its legal system and the flexibility of its capital. Besides, it enjoys professional competence and technical expertise in financial investment and the employment and management of securities portfolios.
