Where the results obtained by estimating and comparing the content of the nutritional value of the foolish legume showed that the quantitative content of carbohydrates recorded the highest value in the root part of the Wadi Rig region of the Ain Shusha sample, and it was estimated at 17.61 mg/g MS, while in terms of estimating the quantitative content of protein, it was the highest value in the root part of Wadi Souf region in the Qamar sample, where it was estimated at 441.1 mg/g MS. While the quantitative content of fats was higher in the Wadi Rig region of Ain Al-Shousha sample in its root part as well, and was estimated at 0.549 mg/g MS. The aerial part of the Tqdidin sample had the highest percentage of minerals, estimated at 34%. Our statistical study proved that there were very significant differences between the different samples studied in both regions at the significance level α = 0.001, which indicates a high ability of the plant to adapt to the environment, despite the differences observed in the results between the two regions.ArportulacaoleraceaL.
