    تعتبر المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأخلاقيات الأعمال تعبيرا لمنظمات الأعمال عن مساهمتها في المجتمع الذي تعيش فيه، بما يساهم في تحسين صورتها لدى زبائنها، عامليها ومختلف المتعاملين معها، فضلا عن تحقيق الأرباح على المدى البعيد. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى تناول موضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية وأخلاقيات الأعمال ومؤشرات تبنيها من قبل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باعتبارها نموذجا خاصا من منظمات الاعمال وأحد أهم محركات التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة تتميز ببعض الخصائص التي تحد من تبنيها لمفهوم وبرامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية، كارتباطها بقيم وقناعة المسيرين، حيث تشكل الرؤية الإستراتيجية لمسير المؤسسة الدافع الأكبر بنسبة 51.5%؛ متبوعا بالمزايا التنافسية المنتظر تحقيقها ( 36.1% )، إلا أنها لا تتوفر على الكفاءات المالية و البشرية اللازمة، وهو ما يتطلب تقديم الدعم المالي لها، بما يساعدها في تحقيق أهدافها وأهداف المجتمع ككل. Social responsibility and business ethics refer to business practices that benefit society, and therefore, improving its image among customers, workers and stakeholders, as well as long term profitability. This paper aims to address the concept of social responsibility and business ethics and the indicators adopted by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as one of the most important engines of economic and social development. The study concluded that SMEs have some characteristics that limit their adoption of social responsibility practices, as they are closely associated with the values and conviction of managers, where the strategic vision of the manager is the main motivation by 51.5%; followed by the expected competitive advantages (36.1%), However, they do not have the necessary financial and human competencies, which requires financial resources, to help them achieve their goals and those of the society as a whole.
