    Incoterms are rules that define the responsibilities of the buyer and seller in the delivery of goods under the sales contract. There are formal rules that determine how costs and risks are shared among the parties.In order to monitor the evolution of transport and international trade, the TheInternational Chamber of Commerce(ICC) reviews and amends the rules of Incoterms almost every 10 years. Its last amendment coincided with the end of 2019, resulting in a new publication of the Incoterms which came into effect from 1 January 2020. In this context, this study aims to address the terms of international trade under the new 2020 version, while showing the most important changes that have entered it.
