This research aims to determine the impact of financial risks on the financial performance of Algerian
banks. By examining The impact these variables: Liquidity risk, credit and operational risks and market risk
(inflation, interest rates and GDP) on the financial performance represented by: The (ROE) and The (ROE) of
eight banks, during the period 2015-2021, using the panel data and Eviews 12.
The study findings reveal that the variabales that effect the ROA are capital adequacy, operational risks,
market risks (inflation andGDP). The factors affecting the ROE are: capital adequacy, liquidity risk, operational
risk, and gross domestic product.Therest of variables don’t have any effect on banks performance.
