Abstract
Control of water management has always been considered in Algeria as a priority objective for the development of the country. Reducing water loss in distribution networks can help preserve a scarce resource. The low number of meters and the intermittent distribution make it difficult to quantify leaks. This research presents, on the one hand, an analysis of the demand in the region of La commun d´El oued in southern Algeria, based on an extrapolation from a panel of subscribers for whom abstraction data is available. The comparison with the volumes produced and the flow measurements make it possible to assess the water losses in the distribution system. On the other hand, a process for assessing and analyzing the reliability of distribution systems based on knowledge of technical performance parameters and indicators. We will thus try to formulate the necessary recommendations to achieve a better knowledge of the functioning of water distribution systems in Algeria.
لطالما اعتُبر التحكم في إدارة المياه في الجزائر هدفًا ذا أولوية لتنمية البلاد. يمكن أن يساعد الحد من فقد المياه في شبكات التوزيع في الحفاظ على الموارد النادرة. إن قلة عدد العدادات والتوزيع المتقطع يجعل من الصعب تحديد كمية التسربات. يقدم هذا البحث ، من جهة ، تحليلاً للطلب في منطقة الوادي في جنوب الجزائر ، بناءً على استقراء من مجموعة من المشتركين الذين تتوفر بيانات تجريدية لهم. تتيح المقارنة مع الأحجام المنتجة وقياسات التدفق تقييم خسائر المياه في نظام التوزيع. من ناحية أخرى ، عملية لتقييم وتحليل موثوقية أنظمة التوزيع بناءً على معرفة معايير ومؤشرات الأداء الفني. لذلك سنحاول صياغة التوصيات الضرورية لتحقيق معرفة أفضل بعمل أنظمة توزيع المياه في الجزائر.
