Abstract
ملخص الدراسة
من خلال إجرائنا لهذه الدراسة و المتمثلة في : المناخ التنظيمي و علاقته بالأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط لمتوسطات بلدية تغزوت دائرة قمار ولاية الوادي .
و كانت إشكالية الدراسة على النحو التالي في الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي : ما طبيعة العلاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ؟
و كان الهدف من هذه الدراسة التعرف على المناخ التنظيمي السائد و كذلك معرفة طبيعة العلاقة القائمة بين المناخ التنظيمي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ، وكذلك العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل و الأداء الوظيفي ، و العلاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي و الأداء الوظيفي ، و العلاقة بين العلاقات الإجتماعية و الأداء الوظيفي .
و لقد تم في هذه الدراسة الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ، أما بالنسبة للمجال المكاني والزماني لهذه الدراسة فقد تمت في متوسطات بلدية تغزوت دائرة قمار ولاية الوادي (متوسطة مصطفى بن بولعيد ـ متوسطة بوبكر بن ناصر ـ متوسطة الطيب خراز) للسنة الدراسية 2019/2020 من تاريخ 05 فيفري إلى غاية 23 سبتمبر 2020 .
و تمثل مجتمع الدراسة على الإعتماد على طريقة المسح الشامل على جميع أساتذة متوسطات بلدية تغزوت و المتمثلين في 82 أستاذاً موزعين على ثلاث متوسطات ، وبعدها بتوزيع الإستمارات على عينة الدراسة .
و إنطلاقا من التساؤل الرئيسي الذي تمت صياغته على النحو التالي :
ما طبيعة العلاقـة السائدة بين المنـاخ التنظيمي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ؟
و يندرج تحت التساؤل الرئيسي التساؤلات الفرعية التالية :
ـ هل توجد علاقة بين ضغوط العمل و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ؟
ـ هل توجد علاقة بين الرضا الوظيفي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ؟
ـ هل توجد علاقة بين العلاقات الإجتماعية والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط ؟
و للإجابة على تساؤلات هذه الدراسة قمنا بصياغة الفرضيات التالية :
ـ توجد علاقة إرتباطية قوية بين المناخ التنظيمي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط.
ـ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ضغوط العمل و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط .
ـ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرضا الوظيفي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط .
ـ توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العلاقات الإجتماعية و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط .
و لعدم قدرتنا على توزيع الإستمارات على عينة الدراسة و المتمثلين في 82 أستاذاً بحكم خروجهم في عطلة إستثنائية بسبب جائحة كورونا ، تم الإعتماد شكل كبير على الملاحظة بحكم عمل الباحث في إحدى هذه المتوسطات و هي متوسطة (مصطفى بن بولعيد) والإحتكاك المستمر مع بعض الأساتذة في المتوسطات الأخرى و هذا راجع للموقع الجغرافي للمتوسطات ببلدية تغزوت و كذلك طبيعة العمل و هو مؤسسات التربية التعليم ، و تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية :
ـ وجودعلاقة قوية بين المناخ التنظيمي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط .
ـ وجود علاقة قوية بين ضغوط العمل و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط .
ـ وجود علاقة قوية بين الرضا الوظيفي و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط .
ـ وجود علاقة قوية بين العلاقات الإجتماعية و الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط .
SUMMARY
Through conducting this study which is entitled : The Organizational environment and its Relationship with the functional performance of Middle School Teachers : The Case study of Taghzout Municipality , Guemar, El-Oued middle schools , we tried to answer the main research question of the problematic of the study which was formed as follows : What is the nature of the relationship between the organizational environment and the functional performance of middle school teachers ?
The aim of this study is to know the dominant organizational environment , as well as to know the nature of the following relationships: The relationship between the functional and the functional performance of middle school teachers, the relationship between worki pressures and the functional performance, the relationship between the functional satisfaction and the functional performance, and finally the relationship between the social relationships and the functional performance .
The study was carried out according to the descriptive approach, and it was carried out in the middle schools of Taghzout Municipality, Guemar , El-Oued which are : Mostapha Ben Boulaid middle school, Boubeker Ben Nacer middle school and TayebKherraz middle school for the academic year : 2019/2020 from February the 5th to September the 23rd , 2020. The study was generalized to the entire population which is all the middle school teachers of Taghzout; 82 teachers teaching in three middle schools . Then the questionnaires were submitted to the sample of the study .
In addition to the main research question which was formed as follows:
What is the nature of the relationship between the organizational environment and the functional performance of middle school teachers?
The study attempted to answer the following research questions :
ـIs there a relationship between work pressures and the functional performance of the middle school teachers ?
ـIs there a relationship between the functional satisfaction and the functional performance of the middle school teachers ?
ـIs there a relationship between the social relationships and the functional performance of the middle school teachers ?
To answer the research questions we formulated the following hypotheses:
ـThere is a strong relationship between the organizational environment and the functional performance of the middle school teachers .
ـThere is statistical relationship between work pressures and the functional performance of the middle school teachers .
ـThere is statistical relationship between the functional satisfaction and the functional performance of the middle school teachers.
ـThere is a statistical relationship between the social relationships and the functional performance of the middle school teachers.
The questionnaires could not be distributed to all the number of the sample (82teachers) because of the unexpected holidays due to COVID19 circumstances, Thus we relied just on the observation since one of the researchers is working in one of those middle schools precisely Mostapha Ben Boulaid middle school, and he was in continuous contact with some teachers of the other middle schools due to the geographical location of Taghzout middle schools as well as the working nature of the educational institutions. The following results were found through the conduct of the current study:
ـThe existence of a strong relationship between the organizational environment and the functional performance of the middle school teachers .
ـThe existence of a strong relationship between work pressures and the functional performance of the middle school teachers.
ـThe existence of a strong relationship between the functional satisfaction and the functional performance of the middle school teachers.
ـThe existence of a strong relationship between the social relationships and the functional performance of the middle school teachers.
