Abstract
الملخص:
حاولت في هذه الدّراسة التّعرف والكشف عن مدى تأثير مكانة المعلّم الاجتماعية على أدائه التّربويّ، وجاءت الدّراسة لتبيّن ما تحمله مكانة المعلّم الاجتماعية من ناحية مستواه المادّي والظُّروف المهنية التي يعمل فيها وكذا علاقاته الاجتماعية التَّربوية بين الأطراف التّربوية وأخيرا مستواه الثّقافي وذلك للحصول على أداء تربويّ أفضل للمعلّم في ظلّ هذه المكانة وبالتّالي تبنى الموضوع الإشكالية الآتية:
• ما مدى تأثير مكانة المعلّم الاجتماعية على أدائه التّربوي؟
وقد انبثق عن هذا التّساؤل الرَّئيس تّساؤلاتٍ عدَّة نذكرها على النَّحو الآتي:
• هل المستوى المادي للمعلّم يؤثر على أدائه التّربويّ؟
• هل الظُّروف المهنية الَّتي يعمل فيها المعلّم تؤثر على أدائه التّربويّ؟
• هل العلاقات الاجتماعية التّربوية للمعلّم تؤثر على أدائه التّربوي؟
• هل المستوى الثّقافي للمعلّم يؤثر على أدائه التّربوي؟
ونظراً لطبيعة الدّراسة التي بين أيدينا استخدمت المنهج الوصفي المناسب لدراسة البحوث الاجتماعية والإنسانية، واستخدمت التقنيات العلمية لإثراء بحثي العلمي هذا، ولجمع المعلومات والبيانات والمعطيات اللازمة للموضوع، طبَّقت الدّراسة على عينة من مُعلِّمي ابتدائيات بلدية الوادي، والذي بلغ عددهم(74) معلّما، حيث اعتمدت في انتقاء العيِّنة على العيِّنة العشوائية البسيطة.
وبعد التّحليل والدّراسة خلُصت الدّراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
تحقّق الفرضية الأولى والتي تنصُّ على أنّ المستوى المادِّي للمعلّم يؤثّر على أدائه التّربويّ.
تحقق الفرضية الثَّانية أنّ الظّروف المهنية للمعلّم تؤثر على أدائه التّربوي.
تحقق الفرضية الثّالثة والّتي تنصُّ على أنّ العلاقات الاجتماعية التّربوية للمعلّم تؤثر على أدائه التّربويّ.
تحقق الفرضية الرّابعة الّتي تنصّ على أنّ المستوى الثّقافي للمعلّم يؤثر على أدائه التّربويّ.

In this study, we tried to identify and reveal the extent to which the social standing of the teacher affects at his educational performance. In light of this position, and therefore the topic adopts the following problem:
• Does the teacher’s financial level affect at his educational performance?
• Do the professional conditions in which the teacher works affect at his educational performance?
• Do the teacher’s social and educational relationships affect his educational performance?
• Does the cultural level of the teacher affect at his educational performance?
Actually, The given nature of this study in our hands, the appropriate descriptive approach was used to study social and human research, and scientific techniques were used to enrich this scientific research, and to collect information, data and data necessary for the subject. In the selection of the sample on the simple random sample.
After the analysis and the study, we concluded the following results:
The first hypothesis which states that a teacher's financial level affects his educational performance is fulfilled.
The second hypothesis verifies that the teacher's professional conditions affect at his educational performance.
The third hypothesis which states that a teacher's social-educational relationships affect at his educational performance is fulfilled.
The fourth hypothesis which states that the cultural level of the teacher affects at his educational performance is fulfilled.
