Abstract
يعتبر الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر من أكثر أنواع الإستثمار تفضيلاً، فهو يعد شكل من أشكال التمويل الخارجي الذي تعتمد عليه الدول، لأنه يوفر الموارد اللازمة للقيام ببرامج الإستثمار التي تستهدفها خطط التنمية الإقتصادية في هذه الدول.
وفي دراستنا هذه سنحاول التعرفة على أثر جاذبية المحددات الإقتصادية على تدفق الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1995-2016), ولتحقيق هذا الغرض تم إستخدام بيانات لسلاسل زمنية تغطي فترة الدراسة، وتمتطبيق إختبار ديكي فولر لإختبار الإستقرارية، ثم تقدير نموذج العلاقة الطويلة و قصيرة الأجل بإستخدام منهجية ARDL.
وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة في نموذج الأجل القصير أن هناك علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين المتغيرات المستقلة والمتغير التابع، أما بالنسبة لنموذج الأجل الطويل فقد أظهر مدى أثر كل من الإستثمار المحلي و الناتج المحلي الإجمالي عن تدفق الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، أما بالنسبة للتضخم و سعر الصرف فهما لا يؤثران عن تدفق الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر.
FDI is one of the most favored types of investment, It is a form of external financing on which States depend, because it provides the resources needed to carry out the investment programs targeted by their economic development plans.
This study aims at identifying the attractiveness of economic determinants on the flow of foreign direct investment in Algeria during the period (1995 -2016) ,To this end, use of time series data covering the study period,The Dicky Fuller test was applied to the test Stability,Then estimate the long-term and short-term model using a methodology ARDL.
The results of the study showed in the short-term model that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between independent and dependent variables,As for the long-term model, both local investment and GDP showed a strong impact on the flow of foreign investment in Algeria,As for inflation and the exchange rate, they do not affect the flow of foreign direct investment.
