Abstract
الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تربية اختيارات قائم على تشكيل الهُوية المهنية لبناء مشروع الحياة لدى المراهقين المعاقين بصريا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج التجريبي ذو التصميم الشبه التجريبي لمجموعة واحدة بقياسين (قبلي- بعدي) قوامها ست"06" مراهقين معاقين بصريا من تلاميذ السنة الثالثة متوسط بمدرسة الأطفال المعوقين بصريا بالرباح (ولاية الوادي- الجزائر) للموسم الدراسي2020/ 2021، وباستخدام مقياس مشروع الحياة وتطبيق برنامج تربية الاختيارات القائم على تشكيل الهُوية المهنية من إعداد الباحثة، تمت معالجة بيانات الدراسة بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية ((SpssV22؛ وقد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية:
- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي في نتائج المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس مشروع الحياة.
- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي في نتائج المجموعة التجريبية على بعد كفايات البحث عن معنى الهُوية المهنية.
- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي في نتائج المجموعة التجريبية على بعد الاستكشاف المهني.
- توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي في نتائج المجموعة التجريبية على بعد بلورة اختيار مهني.
- لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين القياسين البعدي والتتبعي في نتائج المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس مشروع الحياة.
وهي نتائج تشير إلى فاعلية البرنامج، وقد تم مناقشتها في ضوء الإطار النظري للدراسة والدراسات السابقة والتركيز على المعطيات الميدانية والظروف التي سادت تطبيق البرنامج؛ كما خلصت الدراسة إلى التوصية بضرورة إعادة النظر في إجراءات وخدمات التوجيه المدرسي والمهني القائمة في مدارس المعوقين بصريا بالجزائر واقتراح تبني البرنامج التوجيهي لإكساب المراهقين المعاقين بصريا الكفايات التي تؤهلهم لبلورة اختيارات مهنية في إطار مشروع الحياة.
Abstract:
Title: The effectiveness of a choice education program based on the formation of professional identity to build a life project for visually impaired adolescents
The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a choice education program based on the formation of professional identity to build a life project for visually impaired adolescents. Students of the third year average at the School of Visually Impaired Children in Rabah (El-Oued - Algeria) for the academic season 2020/2021, using the life project scale, and the application of the choices education program based on the formation of professional identity prepared by the researcher, the study data was processed by the statistical packages program (Spss V22) The study resulted in the following results:
- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in the results of the experimental group on the life project scale.
- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in the results of the experimental group on the competency dimension of searching for the meaning of professional identity.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in the results of the experimental group on the dimension of professional exploration.
- There are statistically significant differences between the pre and post measurements in the results of the experimental group on the dimension of developing a career choice.
- There are no statistically significant differences between the post and follow-up measurements in the results of the experimental group on the life project scale.
These results indicate the effectiveness of the program, and they were discussed in the light of the theoretical framework of the study and previous studies, focusing on field data and the conditions that prevailed in the application of the program; The study also concluded by recommending the need to reconsider the procedures and services of school and vocational guidance existing in schools for the visually impaired in Algeria and to propose the adoption of the orientation program to provide the visually impaired adolescents with the competencies that qualify them to develop professional choices within the framework of the life project.
