Abstract
في ظل القلق المتزايد بشأن تقلبات أسعار البترول وتداعياتها على الاقتصاد الجزائري إرتأينا في هذا البحث دراسة أثر التغير في أسعار البترول على بعض التوازنات الاقتصادية الداخلية والخارجية (الميزان التجاري، الميزانية العامة للدولة، الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي، احتياطي الصرف، المديونية، الاستثمار الأجنبي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2015-2008 )، تم الاعتماد على المنهج التاريخي من أجل استعراض تطور أسعار البترول تاريخيا بالإضافة إلى المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من أجل وصف وتحليل البيانات الإحصائية. وقد توصلنا أن المتغيرات الاقتصادية تتعلق بشكل كبير بأسعار البترول سواء بالارتفاع أو الانخفاض أي علاقة طردية، يعني هناك أثر سلبي للصدمات النفطية على الاستقرار الاقتصادي في الجزائر.
On the light of the growing concern about the fluctuations of oil prices and their results on the Algerian economy, we decided to do this research which aims to know the impact of the oil prices change on some internal and external economic balances (trade balance, state budjet, gross domestic product, exchange reserves indebtedness, foreign investment in Algeria during the period between 2008-2015). We have depended on the historical approach to show the development of oil prices. We have also adapted the descriptive approach to describe and analyse the data. We have concluded that the economic variables have a relation with oil prices, This means that there is a negative impact of oil shocks on economic stability of the Algerian economy
